Nut Sovanneth
I am a Senior Technical Official in the Road Infrastructure Department of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Cambodia. My responsibilities include supervising transportation infrastructure construction projects, conducting evaluations and inspections, and implementing maintenance planning. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at The University of Osaka, specializing in infrastructure asset management. My research focuses on pavement deterioration prediction, optimizing multi-year rolling maintenance plans, and enhancing pavement assessment methods by integrating stochastic approaches and deep learning techniques.
