Kinga Zangpo is a second year master’s student in Civil Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering and Science, at the Shibaura Institute of Technology in Japan. His research includes the integration of stakeholder and data-driven approaches for improving the maintenance prioritization of road bridges in Bhutan.
