A number of problems concerning the long-term performance of concrete struc-tures suffered from long-term performance degradation are investigated in this paper. The envi-ronmental effect, cyclic load performance and sustained load performance subjected to concrete structures are taken as the research objects. Focusing on key issues in the life-cycle of structures, including the complex effect model, degradation mechanism, damage model, limit state, and de-sign method, the complex effect and model of long-term performance of concrete structures is investigated. Furthermore, the damage index and damage analysis model of long-term perfor-mance are developed, and the limit state and life prediction of the long-term performance are carried out. In this paper, the internal damage law and coupling effect of long-term performance such as durability, fatigue performance and deformation performance of concrete structures are revealed. The unified damage index of long-term performance and a life-cycle design method for concrete structures considering the time-varying reliability are proposed. Finally, the verification calculation is performed, and the results show that the model has certain applicability and can be used to predict the service life of the specimen.
